I've tried asking Thompson on his program for examples of discriminatory treatment in his own life. Of course, his team of like-minded thugs and bigots prohibits the truth from coming onto the air, and forbids that type of question. Those sorts of people are comfortable believing things which never happened happened to them so they justify their bigotry.

So, Mark; is $540.00 sneakers during the worst economic times in 50 years the type of "hope and change" you wanted? I'm certain that it is.

BACK TO THE FUTURE WITH DEMOFASCISTS (Mark Thompson Reads My Blog)

It was only the other day that I posted a comment about that ugly, filthy fucking bigot. Just today he dedicated his entire show to demeaning each and every black Conservative of any note. According to that disgusting, stupid prick, every one of them is an "Uncle Tom." That's a person who obeys his massa. Like Thompson does.

He took a number of calls from blacks and whites who disagreed with him and, exactly as I told you, he unleashed a mouthful of typical demo-fascist, liberal, black gobbledygook and name calling. In fact, Thompson admitted several times that he was taking medicine to control his anger and derangement. Imagine that; an angry Black man castigating any white who disagrees with him? What does that sound like to you? Exactly!

But this black idiot was totally unable to express why the fine Black people he denigrates were being insulted. He tried, but he made a fool out of himself on the air. He said that a person like Ambassador Keyes was an Uncle Tom because Tom, a slave, would have turned-in his fellow Blacks if they were going to resist or start any kind of trouble (i.e. Thompson's sad attempt to justify why an entire race failed to resist, and needed to be emancipated by White men). And, simply because Keyes (and the others) does not walk in lock-step with Thompson's tired, failed, hateful and derisive ideology, he must be the enemy, so Thompson believes.

Has it ever been so clear as now just how deranged demofascists are?

Of course, Thompson never did explain why Keyes, Colin Powell, Condi Rice and the others compared to Tom, but because Thompson is Black we'll give him the affirmative action courtesy (like Harvard gave Spanky) and just pretend that: a) Thompson did explain why but we're deliberately ignoring it because he's black; or, b) he never said he was going to explain it.

OK; that's better.

What's happening right now with all of the mouthpiece bigots on the left like Thompson, Malloy and the rest is that they are being told by Soetoro/Axelrod/Emanual, Soros, Moveon and the DNC to take a really big can of white-out and use it to paint over the Bush administration's "War on Terror" platform with "Depression Economics."

When was the last time you heard about Iraq? or Israel? Or Lebanon? When was the last time you heard a news report about airport security? or illegal immigrants?

If you answered January 19, 2009 you are correct. And you will never hear another report about it again. As with Thompson, the war in Iraq is an issue that the demofascists are incapable of dealing with because it's an issue they cannot win.

Instead, it's easy to foment race and class warfare. They're fucking pro's at it and have the cocksucking bankrupt media in their pockets to push that agenda as they have been pushing it since Johnson.

Morons like Thompson are content to "jump" when Soros talks, but bigots never see themselves for what they are and they are incapable of rational discussion with anyone who wants to show them. Thus, they are perpetually "stuck in stupid."

I frequently listen to Sirius Left mid-day, largely for entertainment value, because I find it absolutely IMPOSSIBLE to listen to that fucking moron, Sean Hannity. Hannity is to WABC what Bob Sagett is to NBC: A no-talent hack who's got an inside track.

In any event, I was listening to Mark Thompson on Left because he never fails to be the prototypical left hypocrite and bigot. To him, America is the great white evil in this world.

Of course, I could spend hours discussing why he's an asshole for believing that. Instead, though, I can just as easily ask a few simple questions that will evidence the same thing.

These questions should be asked to every demofascist since they are all the same:
1. When was the first time you were discriminated against, and how?
2. Who did it and at what did you about it?
3. When was the last time you were discriminated against, and how?
4. Who did it and what did you about it?

Stand back after you as Questions 1 and 3 because those are "check-mate" probes and expose every demofascist for the phony that they are. You undoubtedly will get blasted with a mouthful of liberal gibberish regardless of whether you pose the questions to a black, a woman or a queer.

The fact is they aren't discriminated against. Rather, those phonies are the true "privileged class" of the middle class populous. Just like Spanky, a Black person gets to take a special "stupid" test whether it's to get into Harvard or anyplace else. It's made just for the blacks. Also, their applications are reviewed only by other "stupid" blacks and their qualifications are NEVER compared to those of white applicants.

And, if you happen to know a few other dumb blacks they may just change the rules a little bit more, just as they did for Spanky. For example, for over a 100 years the Harvard Law Review was considered the benchmark law school legal publication. Just getting onto Law Review was hard enough. Indeed, it is so hard that only 5% of any class is "invited." But to become the "Editor" of the HLR took not only aptitude but position. No one became the editor of the HLR unless certain people said so.

Funny isn't it? The year that BS became eligible for HLR they changed all of those rules. That year merit was no longer a criteria. All that anyone needed to be editor was a majority vote.

Naturally, a filthy bigot like Mark Thompson doesn't ever talk about that. Ironically, last Thursday he was touting how all Blacks are actually--- you ready for this one.....EGYPTIANS and are, therefore, the brightest group of individuals known to mankind.

Did you know that Africans were Egyptians? I didn't know that until Thompson mentioned it.

If so, why then are they privileged? If so, why then do 50% of all Blacks drop-out of college and two-thirds of the rest graduate in the bottom 10% of their class? Is it only me, or don't they sound pretty stupid to you, too?

After all of the money that those cocksuckers forced me to spend on them and their educational needs I'm pretty fucking angry that they're so stupid. You should be too.

So why are Blacks so stupid? Well, the first question you need to ask is, who said they were? Exactly; the only people who say they are and believe that Blacks are dumb are democrats. In fact, I DEFY ANYONE TO POST A LINK TO AN ELECTED CONSERVATIVE ON THE NATIONAL LEVEL THAT HAS ESPOUSED THAT BELIEF IN THE LAST FIFTY YEARS.

Of course, not all democrats come right and say "Blacks are stupid people." That wouldn't sound too good, would it? Instead, the the UFT and the NEA practice soft bigotry. Shit, those two organizations institutionalized bigotry and inequality. They produce study after study after study that find how poorly Black children perform. It doesn't matter where. Doesn't matter when, and it doesn't matter who. They have been producing these studies for over 50 years. In fact, had it not been for the famous black "Doll" study it's quite likely that we would never have had Brown v. Kansas which over-ruled Plessy v. Ferguson on the basis that separate is not equal.

Those studies are then used derivatively to argue the same core concept thatminorities are stupid in other endeavors. For example, minority candidates for Police and Fire departments take the "stupid" test made just for them.

So, the next time a bigot calls you a bigot because they're too stupid to know any better, just ask them Questions 1 and 3. Because now you've got the answers.

Will all people be required under penalty of law to receive the exact same coverage that you and I receive? And will it be against the law for a person to be treated "outside the system"? Because that's the essence of the issue. If not, then it becomes "health care for thee but not for me." Exactly how it is now, but 100 times worse!

Therefore, I think all of you phony demofascists must push for the "ELECTORATE/EXECUTIVE/JUDICIARY PARITY ACT" making it law that no member of any branch of government can be exempted from any law that a citizen is required to adhere to.

Another Fascist Cunt Cries for "Fairness"

In a year when the Conservatives and Republicans reportedly lost the White House, lost the Senate and lost the House as well as numerous gubernatorial seats from to coast I find it extremely interesting that the purported victor, the fascists, have rallied behind the claim that republicans/conservatives are today so powerful that only "government regulation" of speech will save our nation's future.

Isn't that incredible? The empirical evidence completely belies these fascists and yet the T-9's create a new myth to propogandize fascism.

It is then no surprise to learn that another lying, hypocrite, fascist cunt has come out for the fairness doctrine. NewsBusters captured the essence very well:

“Did Senator Debbie Stabenow (D-MI) really believe she could get away with calling for conservative talk radio censorship without revealing her husband's past ties to its troubled liberal counterpart?” the Radio Equalizer's Brian Maloney asked in a Friday night posting. “One day after telling libtalker Bill Press she was interested in pushing Senate hearings into the issue of regulating talk radio content, that's the jaw-dropping conclusion we must make.”

Maloney provided a rundown of “the Stabenow-Athans connection to 'progressive' talk radio” as he listed a “connect-the-dots recap....between her stance and the longstanding ties of Athans to the fledgling libtalk format.” Specifically:

- Athans first found a role in "progressive" talk radio back in 2004 as CEO of Democracy Radio, which preceded Air America and whose programming (Ed Schultz and Stephanie Miller) was ultimately absorbed by Jones Radio Networks (now part of Dial Global).

- In November 2005, we reported exclusively that Athans had received a cushy (if not downright fishy) deal to establish a "DC office" for Air America Radio, at an annual salary of $165,000 once he went full time in 2006. His job duties were fuzzy at best and any real results even harder to quantify. At the time, we wondered if he was hired simply to gain political access to Stabenow.

- Lasting less than a year in that position, Athans left Air America once it could no longer afford him, departing to start yet another liberal talk radio network, Talk USA Radio. What ultimately became of that venture is anyone's guess.

Blacks represent just 12% of the American populous. Yet Blacks are by far the most statistically over-represented group in the country. T9 achieved that by foisting the perception that Blacks exist in America in equal number, or perhaps even in greater numbers, that Caucasians. From Ivy League University Presidents, Fortune 100 CEO's, federal judges, state and local judiciaries, network and local news shows, sitcoms, commercials, lawyers, accountants and down to teachers, administrators, middle management and the assembly line, Blacks occupy a disproportionate number of top positions than 12%. Did I mention sport leagues?

If the numbers were a result of meritocracy (as perhaps found in sports/music), that would be a beautiful thing. But sadly it is not. The vast majority of Blacks that have achieved those positions were the recipients of favorable treatment programs of every conceivable nature. Many of those programs begin in school to get them out of high school despite the fact they are unqualified. We know the rest-- the Black seats in colleges, med schools, etc., and on to the set-aside jobs for Blacks in every sector of the economy.

When was the last time you used a male black doctor? Had a black airline pilot? Referred to a black geophysicist or computer scientist? How about a Black accountant? Indeed, any endeavor having fact, proof and/or science for its basis rather than popular opinion, rhetoric, rhyme, humor, a hoop or the reading skill of a ten year old?

It's rare. Extremely rare.

But Lauren, how can that be? Literally, I sit here praying that at least one of you assholes has the answer to that by now. American society is no longer fact-based. Nor is it truth-based. Due to the advent of electronic media this is now a world where anything can be claimed as fact under the guise and auspices of truth, neutrality and legitimacy. The medium is the message. Someone should really write a book about that. Actually, the medium as the message is more apropos.

The T9's have been evolved into the viewer's surrogate mind; because they have reported it there is no need for you to question it. And even if you tried you couldn't! Your instinctive need to ponder and question information has been replaced by the worst of all possible human frailties: the need for easy comfort, in other words, laziness. And there is no one more lazy in this world than an American.

The human need and constant temptation to do less rather than more is at the root of all human suffering and misery. So, instead of being human and confronting or questioning media information, Americans soak it up and store it away as fact and truth. And from there they then decide whom to vote for, what to support and even which suppository to use.

A proponent of the reality that there is an outstanding question that exists relating to Barack Obama’s natural born citizenship (not that I have an answer, but rather simply that no answer has been given), my personal opinion is that this has less to do with the merit of this particular Constitutional law…and more to do with the character and integrity of a man who may have gone to such great lengths to, knowingly, break it. And in that course of action, our entire country (not just those who didn’t vote for him) and our most coveted process of Democracy (our vote), were defrauded.

If he’s found to be ineligible per the Constitution, proving he knowingly and willfully defrauded our people and process, it won’t be the Justices who will have disenfranchised 64 million voters. It’s Barack Obama. How many times are you prepared to claim “you fell down the stairs” for this man? I was an initial supporter. I started seeing very real and very questionable issues raised about the nature of his past associations, and the laughable explanations he would give…and I was sure it would hurt him in the press and among supporters. But what did I see? The press and most supporters to engrossed in their partisanship to care. In fact, the more reasonable questions came up about him…the harder the press and the 64 million that same press brainwashed, drove to the hoop for him. As I stood back watching this, again, as an initial supporter of his, even making phone calls on his behalf…I realized what I was seeing, was nothing short of WEIRD. Just, plain, weird.

And I thought this birth certificate issue (check that, “Certificate of Live Birth” issue…as opposed to “Certification of Live Birth”) was cleared up a long time ago. I thought there was no way the DNC would have been capable of such a gross oversight. Then the court cases came up, and nothing was done to quell the question. What finally landed me understanding that something is not right, is when Chiyome Fukino, Director of Health for Hawaii, released the statement about his birth. That statement actually did more harm than good, and it only demonstrated further how moronic far too many public officials and people in the media and governing bodies, think Americans are.

Sure, America has it’s slew of idiots. And sure, the aisle that questions Barack Obama’s natural born and/or properly maintained citizenship statuses has it’s smattering of fringe wingnuts. But just because one contingent of people happen to be on board, doesn’t nullify the fact that the question is still outstanding. I hear the same 5 refutations over, and over, and over. “He posted his birth certificate on his website”, “Factcheck proved it”, “The state of Hawaii released a statement saying he was born there”, “There was a birth announcement in a Hawaiian newspaper”, “Judges meritoriously threw it out as ‘frivolous’”; and while each of those statements hold an element of truth, they’re also easily debunked. And “truth” is objective. There is no debunking it. We should be able to move past this on to more subjective and productive lines of communication…with all the dissent we’re accustomed to…forging, like competition, improvement. But here we are. And one man can answer this objective question. And sure, not everyone will get on board if he were to release his college records and actual Certificate of Live Birth (as opposed to the factually less credible, more easily attained and more easily forged “Certification” - which bears no corroborating evidence like the hospital or doctor’s name)…but many would get on board. Coming off a platform of transparency, directly in to a promised pursuit for unity…why leave so many of us divided on what is a simple and objectively debunked question? If the Certification is authentic, the it’s more credible parent - the Certificate, exists. But rather than produce it, he has fought those requests so fiercely that he’s allowed the same requests to land in court rooms…where he continues to fight them. Why? So rather than quell the reasonable, objective and easily answered outstanding question…he opts non disclosure. I wrote somewhere else that the production of Certificate of Live Birth is a very small price t pay for unity. And yet, here we are. And Barack Obama, and Barack Obama only, is responsible for that. I am certain of that beyond any reasonable doubt, because Barack Obama, and Barack Obama only, can quell it…with an actual Certificate of Live Birth, and he has watched requests transition to court cases, and still refuses. So as a first order of business, in a promised pursuit for unity, he leaves us divided, on what should be a very simple, very objective, very basic matter. Who among us can applaud that? “I do, Hank. Because you’re all just whackjobs.” That’s all well and good if that’s your opinion. My brother said to me, “Yeah but if we pull him out, we’re going to look corrupt to the rest of the world.” I replied, “I’d rather look corrupt and not be it, than be corrupt and not look it.” So goes my position on being called a whackjob, for maintaining through nothing more than logic and fact, that there is a still outstanding question regarding Barack Obama’s natural born and properly maintained citizenship statuses. I didn’t hear any of the 5 standard press talking points in your piece, which leads me to believe the transition I anticipated is occurring. That is, virtually all of supporters (and I don’t know if you were one prior to November 4th or not), will go from, “He didn’t commit fraud. He is a natural born citizen”, to “So what if he committed fraud. So what if he isn’t a natural born citizen.” I’ve challenged others, staunch supporters in fact, as to whether or not they’d concede a gross misstep in character and judgement, and support his being held accountable for that, if he did commit this fraud. They’ve uniformly claimed they would. This article, blog, whatever it is…demonstrates the first piece I’ve actually seen that goes out of it’s way to say, “No. I wouldn’t. Barack Obama can lie, cheat and steal all he wants. And if he gets held accountable for it, it’s the fault of the Justices…because Barack Obama himself, is simply incapable of wrongdoing.”

Running that red light you sit at, day after day, when no one is looking, is pretty harmless too. But you know it’s wrong. This man, if not a natural born and properly maintained citizen of the United States, will have knowingly and willfully cheated our entire country, and more critical than that - our absolutely, inherently, unquestionably most coveted process of democracy - in what can only be articulated as a relentless pursuit for unapologetic, integrity-free, and division-inducing pursuit for power.

A Senate committee today abruptly canceled a session to consider President Obama's nomination of Rep. Hilda Solis to be labor secretary in the wake of a report saying that her husband yesterday paid about $6,400 to settle tax liens against his business — including liens that had been outstanding for as long as 16 years.

The report, by USA Today, came just before the Senate's Health Education Labor and Pensions Committee was slated to meet to consider Solis's nomination, which had been delayed by questions over her role on the board of the pro-labor organization American Rights at Work. A source said that committee members did not learn about the tax issue until today.

Report: NY's Rep. Rangel didn't disclose assets

NEW YORK (AP) — A new report says that Rep. Charles B. Rangel failed to disclose what became of thousands of dollars in assets over the past three decades.

The report identifies 28 separate instances within the past 30 years where he failed to report in congressionally-mandated filings on personal assets. The report from the nonpartisan Sunlight Foundation was based on a review of Rangel's filings from 1978 to the present.

The researchers write, "Assets worth between $239,026 and $831,000 appear or disappear with no disclosure of when they were acquired, how long they were held, or when they were sold."

Rangel spokesman Emil Milne says the congressman had already acknowledged errors in reporting his finances.

A House ethics committee is investigating the Democrat's personal finances and fundraising.

Of course, Alfalfa's "Trillion Dollar Bridge to Nowhere" stimulus bill is the granddaddy of them all. After all, Barry is the "Thief Executive."

It encourage banks and mortgage lenders to loan money for housing to people who would not otherwise qualify (with Freddie and Fannie backing same by taking the paper).

1995 President Clinton signed the executive order mandating lenders expand their lending for mortgages to sub-prime borrowers (that means people who would not qualify under any criteria in a sane world). Failure to do so would result in the lending institution not having access to federal funds or the quasi governmental Fannie and Freddie.

1999 Republican Senator Phil Gramm pushed through congress deregulation laws (Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act) removing Depression era laws separating banking, insurance and brokerage activities. (a really stupid move...Black Cloud's opinion) The vote in the Senate was 98-1-1. McCain was the one who did not vote, another republican was the lone no vote. Biden and Harry Reid, who are now saying it's all Bush's fault, voted for the bill. 2003 President Bush tried to get congress to amend Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac rules to disallow loans to people who would not qualify under normal lending institution rules for making loans. That duty falls to the U.S. Senate Committee on Banking, Housing and Urban Affairs. Democrat Chris Dodd is Chairman. He wasn't thrilled with Greenspan's advice, because he was the number one campaign money receiver from Fannie and Freddie over the years. Obama was number 2, and he raked his largess in two years.

Now Dodd is saying he may go for the 700 billion, but he wants more oversight, which he had in the first place, but doesn't want to point his finger at himself for not doing his job, even when told there was a big problem.

95% of the homeowners are paying their monthly mortgage payments. It's those 5% that are facing foreclosure that will cost the taxpayers a trillion dollars.

They are the secret of life in America. And in many other places. It is through them, AND ONLY THROUGH THEM, that you and I and everyone else is apprised of aural information. ALL AURAL INFORMATION. Critical information. Information of such great importance that we elect our presidents based on the aural data they create and send us.

They use different means to send their data, too. Many times they use live individuals to speak the data they've made. Typically they will use very attractive and/or very authoritative/scholarly looking individuals. In the beginning, all of the individuals selected to speak the data they made were men. White men. White Catholic men. Today most of the individuals are unkempt, hairy and probably female. Non-white females. Non-white-non-Catholic likely females.

Those people would also print the data they created and then sell it to us in the form of a something called "newspaper," a very interesting misnomer in and by itself.

You are probably familiar with the adage coined by Marshall McLuhan that, "The Medium is the Message," is such a total, complete and powerful observation that only a scant few truly understand its full meaning. Of course, that's because the people who he was referring to, those people make the data, do not want anyone else to know their scheme, or making data or issuing the data. Alchemy, data control and data flow are essential components of their scheme.

Who are those people? Well, that's a good question. I mean, I know exactly who they are and have been. But how do I describe them? How do I explain to you that you have been hoodwinked your entire life, and these are the people responsible for that? How do I explain that you have been sucking at the tit of their data breasts for so long that you no longer know what to think about any practically any social subject, and how? How do I get you to realize that you have been brainwashed by those people so thoroughly, so totally, so completely and for so long that you have absolutely no idea where you could go for pure data? How does one advise another that he is the victim of THE BIGGEST fraud in human history, to date?

Well, that's my cross to bear, isn't it? As with everything else in my miserable existence, I will strive to do my best in the knowledge that the truth is real, something that you as a human being are unable to disgorge from your wiring and, as such, it will light a spark within each of you reading this who "get" it.

In its simplest terms, they are modern-age alchemists who have fucked with your head, my head and everyone else's head for our entire lives, and getting away with it........until now. You see, those cocksuckers figured out that because it's impossible for you to know any differently, they could create aural data "hot and fresh" each morning and aurally tell you anything they want you to know and think via the aural data they gave the data annunciators to give you. As long as the inner group of alchemists stayed alchemists the flow of aural data would rely on the production of aural data which was determined not by facts and events, but by the individual alchemist who decoded a fact or event into the aural data they deemed fit for their annunciators to give to you. Then they repeat it to you over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over again throughout the hour and day.

To insure that you only get "their" data is given to you, it is licensed data with the "seal of approval" from the government to assure your weakened senses that "it's OK; just STFU and listen."

Why not New York? He was already living in New York.

By 'chance' he met Antoin 'Tony' Rezko, born in Aleppo Syria, and a real estate developer in Chicago. Rezko has been convicted of fraud and bribery this year. Rezko, was named 'Entrepreneur of the Decade' by the Arab-American Business and Professional Association'. About two years later, Obama entered Harvard Law School. Do you have any idea what tuition is for Harvard Law School? Where did he get the money for Law School? More student loans? After Law school, he went back to Chicago. Rezko offered him a job, which he turned down. But, he did take a job with Davis, Miner, Barnhill & Galland. Guess what? They represented 'Rezar' which is Rezko's firm. Rezko was one of Obama's first major financial contributors when he ran for office in Chicago. In 2003, Rezko threw an early fundraiser for Obama which Chicago Tribune reporter David Mendelland claims was instrumental in providing Obama with 'seed money' for his U.S. Senate race. In 2005, Obama purchased a new home in Kenwoood District of Chicago for $1.65 million (less than asking price). With ALL those Student Loans - Where did he get the money for the property? On the same day Rezko's wife, Rita, purchased the adjoining empty lot for full price. The London Times reported that Nadhmi Auchi, an Iraqi-born Billionaire loaned Rezko $3.5 million three weeks before Obama's new home was purchased. Obama met Nadhmi Auchi many times with Rezko.

Now, we have Obama running for President. Valerie Jarrett, was Michele Obama's boss. She is now Obama's chief advisor and he doesn't make any major decisions without talking to her first. Where was Jarrett born? Ready for this? Shiraz, Iran! Do we see a pattern here? Or am I going crazy?

On May 10, 2008 The Times reported, Robert Malley advisor to Obama was 'sacked' after the press found out he was having regular contacts with 'Hamas', which controls Gaza and is connected with Iran. This past week, buried in the back part of the papers,Iraqi newspapers reported that during Obama's visit to Iraq, he asked their leaders to do nothing about the war until after he is elected, and he will 'Take care of things'.

Oh, and by the way, remember the college roommates that where born in Pakistan? They are in charge of all those 'small' Internet campaign contribution for Obama. Where is that money coming from? The poor and middle class in this country? Or could it be from the Middle East?

And the final bit of news. On September 7, 2008, The Washington Times posted a verbal slip that was made on 'This Week' with George Stephanapoulos. Obama on talking about his religion said,'My Muslim faith'. When questioned, 'he made a mistake'. Some mistake!

How Modern Law Makes Us Powerless

Calling for a "new era of responsibility" in his inaugural address, President Barack Obama reminded us that there are no limits to "what free men and women can achieve." Indeed. America achieved greatness as the can-do society. This is, after all, the country of Thomas Paine and barn raisings, of Grange halls and Google. Other countries shared, at least in part, our political freedoms, but America had something different -- a belief in the power of each individual. President Obama's clarion call of self-determination -- "Yes We Can" -- hearkens back to the core of our culture.

But there's a threshold problem for our new president. Americans don't feel free to reach inside themselves and make a difference. The growth of litigation and regulation has injected a paralyzing uncertainty into everyday choices. All around us are warnings and legal risks. The modern credo is not "Yes We Can" but "No You Can't." Our sense of powerlessness is pervasive. Those who deal with the public are the most discouraged. Most doctors say they wouldn't advise their children to go into medicine. Government service is seen as a bureaucratic morass, not a noble calling. Make a difference? You can't even show basic human kindness for fear of legal action. Teachers across America are instructed never to put an arm around a crying child.

The idea of freedom as personal power got pushed aside in recent decades by a new idea of freedom -- where the focus is on the rights of whoever might disagree. Daily life in America has been transformed. Ordinary choices -- by teachers, doctors, officials, managers, even volunteers -- are paralyzed by legal self-consciousness. Did you check the rules? Who will be responsible if there's an accident? A pediatrician in North Carolina noted that "I don't deal with patients the same way any more. You wouldn't want to say something off the cuff that might be used against you."

Here we stand, facing the worst economy since the Great Depression, and Americans no longer feel free to do anything about it. We have lost the idea, at every level of social life, that people can grab hold of a problem and fix it. Defensiveness has swept across the country like a cold wave. We have become a culture of rule followers, trained to frame every solution in terms of existing law or possible legal risk. The person of responsibility is replaced by the person of caution. When in doubt, don't.

All this law, we're told, is just the price of making sure society is in working order. But society is not working. Disorder disrupts learning all day long in many public schools -- the result in part, studies by NYU Professor Richard Arum found, of the rise of student rights. Health care is like a nervous breakdown in slow motion. Costs are out of control, yet the incentive for doctors is to order whatever tests the insurance will pay for. Taking risks is no longer the badge of courage, but reason enough to get sued. There's an epidemic of child obesity, but kids aren't allowed to take the normal risks of childhood. Broward County, Fla., has even banned running at recess.

The flaw, and the cure, lie in our conception of freedom. We think of freedom as political freedom. We're certainly free to live and work where we want, and to pull the lever in the ballot box. But freedom should also include the power of personal conviction and the authority to use your common sense. Analyzing the American character, Alexis de Tocqueville, considered "freedom less necessary in great things than in little ones. . . . Subjection in minor affairs does not drive men to resistance, but it crosses them at every turn, till they are led to sacrifice their own will. Thus their spirit is gradually broken and their character enervated."

This is not an ideological point. Freedom in daily choices is essential for practical reasons -- necessary for government officials and judges as well as for teachers, doctors and entrepreneurs. The new legal order doesn't honor the individuality of human accomplishment. People accomplish things by focusing on the goal, and letting their instincts, mainly subconscious, try to get them there. "Amazingly few people," management guru Peter Drucker observed, "know how they get things done." Most things happen, the philosopher Michael Polanyi wrote, through "the usual process of trial and error by which we feel our way to success." Thomas Edison put it this way: "Nothing that's any good works by itself. You got to make the damn thing work."

Modern law pulls the rug out from under all those human powers and substitutes instead a debilitating self-consciousness. Teachers lose their authority, Prof. Arum found, because the overhang of law causes "hesitation, doubt and weakening of conviction." Skyrocketing health-care costs are impossible to contain as long as doctors go through the day thinking about how they will defend themselves if a sick person sues.

The overlay of law on daily choices destroys the human instinct needed to get things done. Bureaucracy can't teach. Rules don't make things happen. Accomplishment is personal. Anyone who has felt the pride of a job well done knows this.

How do we restore Americans' freedom in daily choices? Freedom is notoriously malleable towards self-interest. "We all declare for liberty," Abraham Lincoln observed, "but in using the same word we do not all mean the same thing."

Freedom, however, is not just a shoving match. Freedom has a formal structure. It has two components:

1) Law sets boundaries that proscribe what we must do or can't do -- you must not steal, you must pay taxes.

2) Those same legal boundaries protect an open field of free choice in all other matters.

The forgotten idea is the second component -- that law must affirmatively define an area free from legal interference. Law must provide "frontiers, not artificially drawn," as philosopher Isaiah Berlin put it, "within which men should be inviolable."

This idea has been lost to our age. When advancing the cause of freedom, law today is all proscription and no protection. There are no boundaries, just a moving mudbank comprised of accumulating bureaucracy and whatever claims people unilaterally choose to assert. People wade through law all day long. Any disagreement in the workplace, any accident, any incidental touching of a child, any sick person who gets sicker, any bad grade in school -- you name it. Law has poured into daily life.

The solution is not just to start paring back all the law -- that would take 10 lifetimes, like trying to prune the jungle. We need to abandon the idea that freedom is a legal maze, where each daily choice is like picking the right answer on a multiple-choice test. We need to set a new goal for law -- to define an open area of free choice. This requires judges and legislatures to affirmatively assert social norms of what's reasonable and what's not. "The first requirement of a sound body of law," Justice Oliver Wendell Holmes Jr. wrote, "is that it should correspond with the actual feelings and demands of the community."

The profile of authority structures needed to defend daily freedoms is not hard to imagine. Judges would aspire to keep lawsuits reasonable, understanding that what people sue for ends up defining the boundaries of free interaction. Schools would be run by the instincts and values of the humans in charge -- not by bureaucratic micromanagement -- and be held accountable for how they do. Government officials would have flexibility to meet public goals, also with accountability. Public choices would aspire to balance for the common good, not, generally, to appease someone's rights.

Reviving the can-do spirit that made America great requires a legal overhaul of historic dimension. We must scrape away decades of accumulated legal sediment and replace it with coherent legal goals and authority mechanisms, designed to affirmatively protect individual freedom in daily choices. "A little rebellion now and then is a good thing," Thomas Jefferson wrote to James Madison, "and as necessary in the political world as storms are in the physical . . . ." The goal is not to change our public goals. The goal is make it possible for free citizens to achieve them.

But Pappy did. Why? Because Pappy was a deranged yet functional individual. And Stanley became an angry young woman as a result. The apple didn't fall far from the tree, either. Little 'ol Stanley displayed her angst toward dear 'ol Pappy by spreading for the neighborhood blacks as soon as Momma wasn't around to stop her (maybe at 13 0r 14). One of them was Paul Robeson. It is believed that he and his white wife raped (only in the statutory sense) and impregnated Stanley with who would become Barry (Obama is a bullshit name). In fact, this incident is even documented in one of Robeson's books. But the whore couldn't marry Robeson. He was already tethered to a different white woman. What to do? What to do? I know!! Let's find a really, really "smart" negro who actually doesn't live anywhere close to us to lend his name. Fuck, if the father is gonna be a black why not make it one of those "smart" ones? Enter Barack Obama. Obama was not an American. He was from Kenya, and through the largess of one of the influential people Momma met while she worked for a bank she was able to arrange for BO's fully paid educational escapade at Harvard (and exit visa back to Africa) in exchange for him marrying their little whore to provide needed social cover. After all, it was 1961.

It was a pretty good plan. But there was just one small problem. We all know you can't trust them people, especially those smart fuckers. It turned out that BO was actually already married....to two (2) different woman at the same time! Neither Momma or Pappy knew that until it was too late. BO was already attending Harvard by the time those two schmucks discovered the problem. Outsmarted by their very own newly minted son-in-law, what were they going to do now? Little Barry was about to drop anchor and the whore still needed a husband.

Well, what could be even better than having a negro for a husband? Exactly; a negro who you just call your husband. There's no muss, and no fuss. Phew, that was easy!
And, yeah; that's why the cocksucker-in-chief can't produce his Birth Certificate.
Of course, immediately after delivering little Barry the little whore did what all whores do, she flees and she abandons her newborn into the hands of her "loving," responsible and attentive white parents. Pappy always wanted a son (that's why he named her "Stanley"). Well, he just got one.

So, let's review a moment. Barry Obama is born out of wedlock. His father, who raped his mother, can't come forward openly. His mother, now all of 17 years old, is still too much the whore to stay in one place while shackled to the responsibilities of a child (i.e., a "mistake" in BO's terms) and flees to the arms of yet another man 10,000 miles away. The man who they arrange to marry the whore and to act as his father, and who Barry is named after, turns out to be a bigamist and philanderer and is also now half a world away back in Kenya. And now it's just little black Barry all alone with his loving white Grandmother and Grandfather living in Hawaii, a state well-known for its abundance of blacks and mixed-race, mixed-generation households.

Despite that picture of paradise, in reality Pappy Dunham was now raising the son he always wanted. Or did he?

In actual fact it is well documented that Pappy Dunham consented to frequent, fixed visitation rights with Robeson. It's unknown at this point if that was voluntary or coerced in some manner by Robeson. Regardless, the fact remains the same. For many years Pappy Dunham gave Barry over to Robeson to raise both culturally and educationally.

You may be saying to yourself at this point, "Lauren, what the fuck does this have to do with Herbert Marcuse?" I'm glad you asked! Kinda.
See, if you have to ask then it's already proof that you're just another illiterate. Robeson was a rabid communist and "black theologist" (although there cannot be such a thing). He schooled little Barry in the ways of Marx, Engel, Cone, Alinsky and............Marcuse.

The reason that Marcuse is central to all others is because of the theory that gave him notoriety, namely: "I have the right to say, think, do and feel any fucking way I want. So do you, but only if it doesn't conflict with me," is the social norm for today's democrats. That, kiddies, is the Marcuse "school" in a nutshell. That scumbag believed that there mustn't be any constraints of free thought in a democratic and civilized society. That's another way of saying that people should "tolerate absolutely nothing they disagree with, and they should disagree with everything that they don't want to tolerate." i.e., I'm right, fuck you.

It appeals to the masses because it sanctions the human weakness and temptation to be selfish and/or self-centered. You, and only how you feel, matters. As long as everybody else agrees, it's great. If all that matters is how you feel rather than needing a valid reason to feel that way, there are no longer any boundaries and norms for people to accord themselves to.

From there blossomed the culture of victimhood; women's rights, gay rights, children's rights, animal rights, environmental rights, affirmative action, quotas, reparations, and on and on and on to the point where it is perceived by at least as many voters as needed to steal an election for the big-daddy government to take care of all of your needs and to make sure everyone else behaves in a way that doesn't impede your right to be a queer on Thursday, bigamist on Friday and a pedophile every other Monday.

In other words, a democrat, socialist motherfucker just like hussein.
You may have already deduced that in order for hussein and his band of fascists to be successful they, like all marxists and fascists, need an "already existing successful economy" who they will then label the enemy. Why? because stupid, democrat marxist fascists like hussein are thieves, not ideologues. They simply use and hide behind the pretext of politics as their "weapon of choice" with which they will rob, steal and pilfer from us until there is nothing of any value left remaining.

But what of castro's wealth? Or raoul's? Or arrafat's cunt-wife's enormous stash in Paris, Luxembourg and elsewhere? How about Kadaffi? And what about that slimy, greasy wetback motherfucker in Venezuela? All filthy rich. And each one a bigger bigot and liar than the other.

Just like barry hussein is now. Fascists can't get rich by stealing from the poor. To succeed they must invade a thriving economy, one that has assets already available for them to steal. From there, all they do is sell dissent and class warfare by paying-off the throngs of losers with a vote (i.e., ACORN types) with the promise to "get even" with all those "rich people." You know, conservatives and republicans and everyone else earning more than $50,000.00 a year . Everyone except, of course, the fascists who are leading the parade.

Finally, and to come full circle, they not only steal all of the wealth, they change all of the laws that created that wealth. When I tell you we are at war I am dead serious.

The solution?

Well, hopefully hussein won't make it more than a few months anyway. He's so dirty himself that it is easy to imagine a day very, very soon when the US Supreme Court finally orders that cocksucker to put up or shut up; either produce your birth certificate or get the fuck out of the Oval Office and declare the election void.
Otherwise, it is the duty of every American to defend the constitution of the United States against all enemies FOREIGN AND DOMESTIC. Why do you think those great minds used those exact words?????
